How Our Telemedicine System Works

At PhysicianOne Urgent Care, we aim to provide our patients with access to the latest medical technologies, and our telemedicine system is no exception. Once you schedule a virtual visit for COVID-19, we’ll send you a link. You can log on to our secure videoconferencing platform using a smartphone, a tablet, or a webcam-enabled computer. During your telemedicine appointment, one of our experienced providers will speak with you about your condition and the symptoms you’ve been experiencing.

Depending on what you tell us, we may recommend that you visit our nearby urgent care center for in-person COVID-19 testing. We’re pleased to offer polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing and rapid antigen testing, as well as antibody testing, and we’ll be sure to prioritize your test to expedite your visit.
