As Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York COVID-19 vaccine roll-out plans are rapidly evolving, PhysicianOne Urgent Care remains committed to continuing to do our part to help get our communities out of this pandemic, and we know how important vaccination is to that effort. We are here to help you access the COVID-19 vaccine and to assist you with getting the right information from trusted partners. We are working closely with our health system partners to help you get vaccinated.
Phase 1a is well underway and includes PhysicianOne Urgent Care frontline healthcare personnel, first responders and long-term care facility residents.
Phase 1b is starting in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York. Please read below to learn more about the individuals included in Phase 1b, and how to access the vaccine in your state.
- Connecticut: Phase 1b includes individuals 75 years of age and older and will soon begin scheduling other front line essential workers, residents >65 years of age and those with high risk conditions.
