WAITING ROOMS
Our waiting rooms have been updated to accommodate 6 feet of distance between patients whenever possible. This includes space between chairs in the waiting room, and decals on the waiting room floor to help maintain 6 feet of distance. We have installed Plexiglass barriers at our front desk stations to minimize exposure to patients and staff during check in.


HEPA Filtration Systems
High-Effciency Particulate Air Filters (HEPA) are a special type of filter that captures microscopic particles, have been shown to help reduce the presence of COVID-19 in the air.
COVID-19 Testing
We have reconfigured our waiting rooms to make sure all patients are adhereing to social distancing and remaining 6' apart. If you prefer to wait in your vehicle until it is time to be seen in the center, that is fine! Please let the front desk team member know and we will work with you to alert you when it is your turn to be seen.
Minimize Exposure to COVID-19
We do take extra precautions between patients to make sure all areas are cleaned and disinfected in the exam rooms, and throughout the day in the waiting room.
DURING YOUR VIRTUAL VISIT, YOUR PHYSICIANONE URGENT CARE PROVIDER WILL:
We can also refill certain prescriptions, if necessary. If your provider determines than an in-office visit is warranted for testing or follow-up care, you will be directed to visit one of our urgent care locations in Connecticut, Massachusetts, or New York.
