We Provide a Variety of Physicals at Our Urgent Care Center in Chestnut Hill, MAUrgent Care Physicals

Do you have a child that needs a physical exam to play on a sports team, join a summer camp, or to start a new school year? Do they need it quickly to meet an unexpected deadline? If so, you should turn to the professionals at PhysicianOne Urgent Care in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. We offer urgent care physicals on a walk-in basis every day of the year, so you won’t have to worry about waiting for weeks to get an appointment with your child’s primary care doctor. We provide the following types of physicals:

  • Sports physicals
  • School physicals
  • Camp physicals

Please remember to bring any necessary exam forms that need to be filled out, a copy of your child’s most recent immunization records, and the $80.00 fee, which can be paid with either cash, a debit card, or a credit card.

We Also Provide CDL Physicals

In addition to our other physical exams, we also provide CDL physicals for commercial drivers. This type of urgent care physical is much more detailed and includes a general physical exam, a comprehensive health history, and additional testing. Please note that CDL physical exams are by appointment only.
