What Is Included in a Camp Physical
A camp physical typically involves:
- Reviewing the child’s family and medical history as well as his or her immunization record
- Recording height, weight, and vitals
- Performing a vision screening
- Evaluating the child’s ears, nose, throat, lungs, heart, abdomen, and joints
