Our physician-founded urgent care center in Waltham, Massachusetts, has extended hours every day, is open 365 days per year, and never requires appointments (although online booking is available). We also offer a 24/7 telemedicine service. At PhysicianOne Urgent Care, you can expect the prompt medical attention you need for colds, sinus infections, ankle sprains, other non-life-threatening health concerns at the time that’s most convenient for you.
We administer urgent care treatment for illnesses and injuries, but that’s not all we do.
Our Waltham urgent care center also offers vaccinations, physicals, and more. And because we strive to deliver high-quality care with ease and speed, we can also perform X-rays and lab testing with same-day results on premises. This includes rapid polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing with same-day results for COVID-19, the flu, RSV, and strep throat. Please call ahead for same-day X-ray availability.

Once you’ve connected to our secure videoconferencing platform using a phone, tablet, or computer, you’ll be able to speak to a local PhysicianOne Urgent Care provider from the comfort of your own home, even if it’s the middle of the night.
Our experienced providers are trained in emergency, family, and internal medicine. In fact, you’ll find many are the same experts who have treated patients in local area hospitals.
We are proudly Affiliated with Yale New Haven Health Care System in Connecticut and New York, and with Tufts Medical Center in Massachusetts. We, also, work collaboratively with local providers, including your primary care or specialty doctor, across Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts.
Fees vary, though are significantly lower than a visit to the emergency room and generally the same or slightly higher than a visit to your primary care doctor.

COVID-19 Testing & Treatment
You can get tested for COVID-19 at PhysicianOne Urgent Care in Waltham. We offer rapid PCR tests with same-day results, rapid antigen tests, and antibody tests, and we’ll determine which one is most appropriate for your situation. And if your test is positive, we’ll explain exactly what you need to do to treat the infection.
