Epic MyChart Account Set Up

As of August 13, 2024, our Connecticut and New York locations have upgraded to Yale New Haven Health System's Epic medical records system. With this update, patients seen at our Connecticut and New York locations will be able to access all medical records, including test results through a MyChart account.
