All you’ll need is a video-enabled device and an internet connection.

Also known as “telehealth,” telemedicine allows patients to speak to medical providers from the comfort of home using a video-enabled device (for example, a phone, a tablet, or a computer). Telemedicine offers numerous benefits, including convenience and reduced germ exposure.
Our telemedicine system is a great option for patients who don’t require hands-on testing or treatment. For example, we can provide remote care for conditions such as a cold, the flu, an insect bite, or a minor burn. But if you need to be tested or treated in person, or if you require a vaccination or a physical, then you should visit one of our local urgent care centers instead. And for life- or limb-threatening emergencies, call 911 or promptly get to a nearby hospital.
In some instances, we’ll end up discovering during a telehealth appointment that a patient needs in-person testing or treatment. When that happens, we refer the patient to one of our nearby urgent care centers and prioritize their visit once they arrive.
If you’ve been exposed to COVID-19 or you’re experiencing the associated symptoms, we encourage you to schedule a telemedicine appointment. During your appointment, we’ll determine whether you need to be tested. And if you do, we’ll arrange for you to visit one of our nearby urgent care centers.
If you’re insured, we’ll directly bill your carrier for the visit (most commercial health insurance plans, as well as Medicare and Medicaid, now cover telehealth services). If you’re currently uninsured or your plan doesn’t cover telemedicine visits, have no worries—we offer a reasonable $130 flat rate for self-pay patients.
If you’d like to speak to one of our providers remotely, find your state of residence at the top of this page, then click the corresponding “Book a telehealth visit” button. After doing so, you’ll need to briefly explain the reason for your visit, select your preferred appointment time, and provide us with your contact and insurance information (if applicable).
This was the fastest, easiest, and best doctor's visit. The provider was extremely kind and helpful. I explained my symptoms, the provider asked a few followup questions, and then she issued a script. I will absolutely be using this service again and would recommend to anyone.
