Flu Shots Available at PhysicianOne Urgent Care in Waltham, MA, on Your Schedule

Flu Shots Waltham MA

In light of last year’s record-breaking flu season, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are recommending early flu shots for everyone. How early? It’s best to be vaccinated before November, when flu season typically begins in earnest. That’s because the antibodies in the influenza vaccine take approximately two weeks to become effective against the flu virus.

Flu Shots on Your Time

At PhysicianOne Urgent Care, we understand that you’re busy, and having to schedule an appointment for an influenza vaccine could be enough of an inconvenience to deter you from getting one. We don’t want that to happen! Instead, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to get your flu shot so you can stay healthy.
To do so, we offer a quick, simple, and safe option for receiving your annual flu vaccine. Our offices are open 365 days per year, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekdays, and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays. Just walk into our urgent care center in Waltham or any of our other convenient locations. You can also check-in online before you leave home. Son kissing mother

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the attention you gave me last week. My son was started on antibiotics and ear drops. Within 24 hours he began to feel better. The poor kid had been going to school in tears because he was afraid of missing any more days, but feeling (and looking) just awful! He's not been able to even think about lacrosse practice, but thanks to starting him on antibiotics, he was thrilled to return to practice today.
