Our experienced practitioners offer telemedicine services for individuals and families who want to receive top-notch medical care for minor illnesses and injuries. At any time of day or night, we can evaluate and treat a wide range of routine health concerns, such as the common cold and sinus infections. We’ll be able to offer our recommendations for treatment and prescribe medication that can be picked up at your local pharmacy.
A Virtual Visit is conducted over our secure videoconferencing platform. This will be a confidential patient-to-provider visit where you can talk about the symptoms you’ve been experiencing and ask the provider questions about your condition. In most cases, you can receive a diagnosis and treatment during the visit, but if follow-up care is necessary, we can arrange for that to happen at our facility in Stratford for your convenience.
Our experienced providers are trained in emergency, family, and internal medicine. In fact, you’ll find many are the same experts who have treated patients in local area hospitals.
We are proudly Affiliated with Yale New Haven Health Care System in Connecticut and New York, and with Tufts Medical Center in Massachusetts. We, also, work collaboratively with local providers, including your primary care or specialty doctor, across Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts.
Fees vary, though are significantly lower than a visit to the emergency room and generally the same or slightly higher than a visit to your primary care doctor.

COVID-19 Testing & Treatment
PhysicianOne Urgent Care offers several types of COVID-19 testing, including rapid PCR tests with same-day results and rapid antigen tests. Simply walk in to be tested, or reserve your spot online to help streamline your visit. You can also start your test with a telehealth provider first, and your subsequent in-center test will be expedited.
Our Stratford urgent care center also offers antibody testing. This test can determine whether COVID-19 virus antibodies are present in your blood, which means you had the virus at some point in the past, even if you didn’t have any symptoms.
