Telemedicine Services for Mamaroneck, NY, Residents

Man using telemedicine service

If the common cold, flu bug, or another routine illness has left you glued to your bed, the last thing you probably want to do is trek to a physician’s office for treatment. Thankfully, with PhysicianOne Urgent Care, you don’t have to! Our urgent care center in Mamaroneck offers virtual visits that allow patients to consult with our experienced medical team from the comfort of home via a smartphone, tablet, or camera-enabled computer. Through these convenient telemedicine services, you can discuss your symptoms, ask questions, and find answers without crawling out from under the covers.

Is Telemedicine Right for Me?

It’s important to note that telemedicine isn’t appropriate in every case. They work best for patients with common, non-life-threatening medical concerns, such as:

  • Mild cold and flu symptoms
  • Seasonal allergies
  • Heartburn and acid reflux
  • Sinus pain and congestion
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Eye infections, such as pink eye (conjunctivitis)
  • Nausea, vomiting, indigestion, and diarrhea
  • Mild burns and rashes
  • Insect bites and stings
  • COVID-19 questions and symptom assessment

How Do I Schedule a Virtual Visit?

A degree in computer science is not required to reserve a virtual visit—all you need to do is click on the red “Book a Virtual Visit” button on our website. From there, simply select New York as your state of residence and choose a date and time that works for you. You will be asked to provide your contact and insurance information as well as a quick reason for your telemedicine visit.

PhysicianOne Urgent Care is here for you and your family, even when you can’t make the trip to our Mamaroneck center. Schedule a telemedicine appointment today or give our friendly professionals a call if you have any questions. Most health insurance plans are accepted.

"The overall care I received was excellent! I also appreciate your affiliation with Yale New Haven Hospital."

Patient
Derby, CT

"Throughout the visit I felt like the staff really cared. The Doctor took his time talking with me about my symptoms, and I felt like he listened to all my concerns and took that into consideration when recommending the right treatment. Thank you!"

Patient
Hamden, CT

"I had to take my son in for an ear infection following a sudden change in temperament at daycare. He was inconsolable the entire car ride but when we got there and by the time we left this care facility he was back to his normal happy go lucky little two year old boy. I highly recommend PhysicianOne Urgent Care."

Patient
Westwood, MA

"I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the attention you gave me last week. My son was started on antibiotics and ear drops. Within 24 hours he began to feel better. The poor kid had been going to school in tears because he was afraid of missing any more days, but feeling (and looking) just awful! He's not been able to even think about lacrosse practice, but thanks to starting him on antibiotics, he was thrilled to return to practice today."
