Fortunately, if you live in Mamaroneck, New York, or a surrounding area, you can stop by PhysicianOne Urgent Care to receive a physical any day of the year.

Physicals for Children

If your child needs a physical to participate in an activity, our urgent care center is the perfect place to visit. We can complete the following physicals on a walk-in basis:

  • School physicals
  • Sports physicals
  • Camp physicals

Just make sure to bring any necessary forms that need to be signed, your child’s immunization records, and your driver’s license. Be advised that there is an $80.00 fee (payable by cash, debit card, or credit card).

CDL/DOT Physicals

We can also perform CDL/DOT physicals at our urgent care center in Mamaroneck. You’ll need to make an appointment for these types of physicals as they are more in-depth. Make sure you bring a copy of the exam form with sections 1 and 2 completed, a medical examiners certificate, and the $150.00 fee.
