Walk-In Care When You Need It Most
The next time you need urgent care treatment, turn to PhysicianOne Urgent Care. We know how difficult it can be to fit in a visit during normal business hours, which is why our urgent care centers are open 365 days per year — including weekends and holidays — with extended hours. Plus, because we provide almost all of our services on a walk-in basis, you won’t need to worry about scheduling an appointment. And, while appointments aren’t required, we also offer an online check-in system that lets you reserve your spot in line from the comfort of your own home.
Evaluating COVID-19 Symptoms
We’re here for you if you think you may have COVID-19 and want to be tested. If you are experiencing the symptoms of COVID-19, which include fever, chills, shortness of breath, body aches, headache, coughing, and sore throat, schedule a Virtual Visit with our team to be evaluated. We will discuss your symptoms and any accompanying details to determine if you should visit our center for a COVID-19 test. If so, we will arrange that for you at a time that works best with your schedule and you should have the results soon. Treatment for mild cases of COVID-19 includes resting, staying hydrated, and taking over-the-counter pain relievers. You will also want to isolate from others, especially family members at home who may be high risk. You can end your isolation once you have been fever-free for 72 hours, you have seen a reduction in respiratory symptoms, and it’s been 10 days since symptom onset.
Take Advantage of Our Convenient Telemedicine Services
Receiving treatment at PhysicianOne Urgent Care in Manchester is easy to begin with, but for times when you don’t want to leave the house but still require prompt care, we also offer state-of-the-art telehealth appointments. Using a secure video conferencing platform, our experienced providers can treat a wide array of non-life-threatening illnesses (such as colds, constipation, heartburn, influenza, migraines, seasonal allergies, sinus infections, and urinary tract infections) and injuries (such as insect bites, minor burns, and rashes). We can also evaluate you for symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19).
If you’ve never attended a telemedicine appointment in the past, you may be wondering how the process works. First, you request an appointment—you can choose to be seen as soon as possible (usually within 15 minutes) or at a later scheduled time. During your virtual visit, you’ll speak with one of the caring providers on our team. He or she will ask you about your symptoms, recommend a treatment regimen, answer any questions you may have, and let you know whether you’ll need to visit an office for testing or follow-up treatment. And, if you require a prescription, we can even call that in for you.
We strive to make exceptional care available to our patients at an affordable cost, and our virtual services are no exception. Most insurance carriers—including Medicare and Medicaid—cover virtual visits, and we also accept Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Spending Account (HSA) cards. And for patients without insurance, we even have a $50 flat fee per session for telehealth appointments.
