Urgent Care Physicals Norwalk CT

Are you rushing to get your child’s required physical completed before he or she starts school, camp, or a new sport? If so, you’ll be glad to know that PhysicianOne Urgent Care offers school, sports, and camp physicals on a walk-in basis for families in the Norwalk, Connecticut, area.

What to Expect During a Physical

When you bring your child to PhysicianOne Urgent Care for a school, sports, or camp physical, we’ll measure his or her height and weight, take vital sign readings, ask about your family’s medical history, and perform a physical exam. Once we’ve completed the examination, we’ll fill out any forms provided by the school, camp, or sports team, so please be sure to bring these to the physical (also bring a copy of your child’s most recent immunization record, your driver’s license and insurance card, and our $80.00 fee).

Proudly Serving the Norwalk Community

If your child needs a school, sports, or camp physical, stop into PhysicianOne Urgent Care’s Norwalk location whenever it’s most convenient for you. We’re open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. You’ll find us in the old Hour Building at 346 Main Avenue, near Merritt Parkway.

This was the fastest, easiest, and best doctor's visit. The provider was extremely kind and helpful. I explained my symptoms, the provider asked a few followup questions, and then she issued a script. I will absolutely be using this service again and would recommend to anyone.
