Urgent Care of Connecticut’s Beth Agen Earns Professional Certification

Demonstrates Mastery in the Field of Human Resources
(Danbury, CT) — Beth Agen, MBA, chief performance officer of Urgent Care of Connecticut recently earned certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
The certification, awarded by the HR Certification Institute, signifies that Ms. Agen possesses the theoretical knowledge and practical experience in human resource management necessary to pass a rigorous examination demonstrating a mastery of the field.
“Certification as a human resource professional clearly demonstrates a commitment to personal excellence and to the human resource profession,” said Mary Power, CAE, executive director of the HR Certification Institute.
To become certified, an applicant must pass a comprehensive examination and demonstrate a strong background of professional human resource experience.
“Recruiting and retaining people as talented as Ms. Agen is an example of our dedication to excellence in all that we do,” stated Urgent Care of Connecticut’s Chief Executive Officer, R. Robert Rohatsch, MD, FACEP. “We congratulate Beth on reaching this milestone in her professional development.”
The HR Certification Institute is the credentialing body for human resource professionals and is affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world’s largest organization dedicated exclusively to the human resource profession. The Institute’s purpose is to promote the establishment of professional standards and to recognize professionals who meet those standards.

Throughout the visit I felt like the staff really cared. The doctor took his time talking with me about my symptoms, and I felt like he listened to all my concerns and took that into consideration when recommending the right treatment. Thank you!
