We offer urgent care treatment for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, but that’s not all we do. Patients can also visit our Medford office for vaccinations and physicals, as well as on-site X-rays and lab testing. We even offer rapid polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing with same-day results for COVID-19, the flu, RSV, and strep throat. Please call ahead for same-day X-ray availability.
24/7 Telehealth
What happens when an illness or injury pops up outside of our normal business hours? Even if it’s the middle of the night, you can speak to one of PhysicianOne Urgent Care’s local providers over our secure videoconferencing platform. 24/7 telehealth is also a great option for when you don’t feel up to leaving the house or you want to minimize germ exposure.
Our experienced providers are trained in emergency, family, and internal medicine. In fact, you’ll find many are the same experts who have treated patients in local area hospitals.
We are proudly Affiliated with Yale New Haven Health Care System in Connecticut and New York, and with Tufts Medical Center in Massachusetts. We, also, work collaboratively with local providers, including your primary care or specialty doctor, across Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts.
Fees vary, though are significantly lower than a visit to the emergency room and generally the same or slightly higher than a visit to your primary care doctor.
If you have insurance, the total charges will be determined based on your insurance provider’s policy regarding urgent care and the level of care you receive during your visit with us. If you have further questions, please contact your insurance company.
