You’ll also want to bring your child’s vaccination record, a list of medications he or she is currently taking, and his or her eyeglasses or contact lenses (if appropriate). • A vital-sign check, including height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Hearing and vision screenings

For instance, if your child has asthma or an allergy, he or she may need to carry an inhaler or an epinephrine auto-injector. Likewise, if your child recently sustained an injury, such as a fracture, sprain, or strain, he or she may need to refrain from participating in certain camp activities to reduce the risk of re-injury.
