Urgent Care of Connecticut to Offer Discounted Camp, Back-To-School Physical Exams

$30 will be donated to child’s camp or school
BROOKFIELD, CONN. – Physical examinations, required by a child’s summer camp, sports program, or as part of their back-to-school entrance obligations, will be offered at a discounted rate by Urgent Care of Connecticut beginning on June 1. Simply walk-in to any Urgent Care of Connecticut location – Brookfield, Glastonbury, Norwalk, Ridgefield, or Southbury – and mention this offer. Instead of $140, the reduced rate is just $100. Additionally, for every physical examination performed, $30 will be donated to the child’s camp or school Parent Teacher Association.

No appointment is required in order for a child to be examined, though parents should be advised that Urgent Care of Connecticut’s centers might be busier on weekend days during this offer. All examination forms and paperwork will be completed at the time of the visit and will also be shared with the child’s Primary Care Physician. Parents are required to present documentation of previous immunizations and past physical forms. The offer expires on September 15, 2013.
