Our Call Center is staffed by team members during our business hours, which means someone will always answer your call or web chat. Telehealth & Enhanced Nurse Aftercare

Care from the comfort of home is a click away with our telehealth virtual visit option. Not sure if your medical concern can be addressed virtually? Call or online chat with our OneCare team, we've got you! Following any P1UC visit, our nurse aftercare and triage team will personally reach out to answer any questions and to make sure you’re feeling your healthiest. They will also decipher all of your lab and test results for you because no one should have to decipher a blood test or x-ray alone.

Guided Specialist Referral Support

It’s our responsibility to provide you with the best immediate care, which is why we’re assuring our patients’ are prioritized when it comes to specialist referrals. We’ll be leveraging our relationships with top providers like Yale New Haven Health and Tufts Medical Center. NEW! We are now partnered with CHE for behavioral health referrals (in Connecticut and New York), to ensure patients are seen within 24 - 48 hours of scheduling.

Advanced Imaging Support

Skip the wait in the ER! No need to visit the emergency room when you need a CAT scan or ultrasound. Our team will facilitate your imaging authorization and help with scheduling.
