PhysicianOne Urgent Care continues their rapid expansion by acquiring Hamden location.
Hamden, CT — Lynne Rosen, Chief Executive Officer of PhysicianOne Urgent Care is pleased to announce that PhysicianOne Urgent Care is the new owner and operator of the Hamden location of ASAP Urgent Care effective Monday, October 5, 2015. The urgent care medical facility is remaining at its current location at 2165 Dixwell Avenue- conveniently located in the same plaza as the Gap and Chipotle, just across from ShopRite and Marshalls.

With 10 locations, and growing to 12 by the end of the year, PhysicianOne Urgent Care is an industry leader in Connecticut. Founded by three local doctors in 2008, PhysicianOne Urgent Care achieved, and currently holds, both accreditation and certification from the Urgent Care Association of America. Its Chief Medical Officer and founding partner, Dr. Jeannie Kenkare, teaches at Yale School of Medicine and in 2013 was named to Connecticut Magazine’s 2013 ’40 under 40′ list of young professionals making significant contributions to the state. She is also a working mother of three and knows how important it is to get your family care when they need it.

PhysicianOne Urgent Care provides expert walk-in medical care 365 days a year for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. during weekdays, and 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays.
