- After that, you’ll receive a link to a secure videoconferencing platform where the telemedicine appointment will take place.
Your Virtual Visit will be conducted by one of our medical practitioners who will learn about your symptoms and develop a treatment plan for you. They can even prescribe medication that can be sent to your nearest pharmacy for easy pick-up. In certain instances, however, the practitioner may recommend visiting our urgent care center for follow-up testing or treatment. If so, you’ll be pleased to know that our facility in Rocky Hill is open seven days per week with extended hours.
